Situation:
The supplier to our customer became our customer to meet their mutual needs.
Problem:
The inability of the supplier to meet our customer’s order needs in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Streamlined Solution:
STS built a program that provided the customer with the product they needed when they needed it, in most cases a 24 hour turn or less. The inventory management was performed and verified through weekly meetings and bad product was managed without the involvement of the customer.
